Yume Sushi is the fruit of the trajectory of a family of fish wholesalers, specialized in the handling of tuna and pioneers in the way of serving the first Japanese gastronomy businesses, which were established in Barcelona and Catalonia in the 90s, including chefs from the most avant-garde cuisines, giving us experience and concern for gastronomic excellence to this day.

From this passion for Japanese gastronomy, the hospitality experience with Blue Finn Port Balís was born, and later the essence was transferred to Yume Sushi & Oysters Sant Vicenç and a year later to Vilassar de Mar, always accompanied by the best professionals in the sector.
